Bacteria-free water, surface disinfection and dimming with Anolytech disinfection system. With Anolytech, you have an effective elimination of bacteria and film in the entire water system. With continuous dosing, both bacteria and biofilm disappear and do not return.

Conveyor

Anolyte pH is effective against bacteria and biofilm growth. The product is safe to use continuously, which makes it possible to avoid the increasing bacterial pressure on conveyor belts and other equipment during ongoing production.

Production of ice

Dosing Anolyte pH into the water used for ice production eliminates the risk of biofilm and bacterial growth in e.g. cooling batteries. As Anolyte pH remains active in ice, no bacteria are added when the ice melts.

Process water

Insurance against bacteria in incoming water. With Anolyte pH in process water, spray nozzles, hoses, dead ends are prevented from entering from outside and remove and prevent new and emerging coatings in the water system.

High pressure washer, CIP cleaning.

After CIP Cleaning, Anolyte pH can be used as a disinfectant. With anolytech’s machine, Anolyth PH is produced on site and a sustainable circular process can be used. Please read our disinfection manual.

Plastic trays, transport containers and packaging

Anolyte pH is used to disinfect return jaws and vessels after washing. This ensures that no bacteria remain and is transferred to other producers. A sustainable and circular process.

Surface disinfection

Anolyte pH is an effective disinfectant that kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, yeast, mold, spores and fungi. Can be used to disinfect loose objects, walls, surfaces and utensils. Anolyte pH meets the European standards for surface disinfection: EN 13624, EN 13623, EN 13610 and EN 13727 and EN 17272.

Boot wash

Anolyte pH can be used to disinfect boots to prevent infectious agents from entering the stable. At the entrance to an area with animals and between different compartments, Anolyte pH can be used for boot baths. The boots must be washed clean before disinfection to give the right effect.

Anolytech is registered at Article 95 list (Biocides Ordinance) in PT 1- 5. Human hygiene, surface disinfection, veterinary hygiene, surfaces that come into contact with food and animal feed and drinking water. Meets European standards for disinfectants: EN 13624, EN 13697, EN 13610, EN17272 and EN 13727

Takes disinfection from a linear process with fire and environmentally hazardous shipping and waste to a sustainable circular process with recycling and refilling of existing containers on site. Cost effective

Hypochlorous acid is produced from water, salt and electricity and is so efficient that only a low percentage concentration is required in a finished working solution, which keeps the production cost very low. It is a cheap and powerful disinfectant for sterilization, disinfection and water purification procedures.
